How to return
Visit Our Studio
Drop off your empty glass containers at our studio located at Masina 20, Tallinn. We’re open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 4 pm. If the door is closed during these hours, please call us at +372 569 96640.
Send via Parcel Machine
Carefully package the glass containers to avoid breakage and send them to Itella Smartpost Fahle Galeriitänav parcel machine, Tallinn. Use +372 569 96640 as the contact number. PS! The shipping cost is covered by the sender.
Please include a paper slip with your email address so we can send you a discount code to redeem your gift in our online store.
A few notes
○ You don’t need to clean the containers—we’ll handle that for you. We will carefully wash, dry and disinfect the bottles.
○ For every four containers returned, you’ll receive one gift. For example, returning eight containers earns you two gifts, and so on.
